Dog Sled Experience

What Sets Us Apart?

Luna Lobos Dog Sledding is family owned and operated.  When you come out for a tour, you are being welcomed into the family and their home, not just a trail or corporate location.  This is more than just a tour, you become part of the pack and get to know the stories behind each amazing athlete.  It is also a true local year-round dog sled operation, the owners live onsite with the pack, they truly know each and every one of their dogs. Raised in Park City, Fernando has raced sled dogs from a young age. Dana and Fernando have five children of their own. Gabriel, 8 and Noah 7, currently run their own dogs and will be racing Winter 2019/2020, in the one and two dog class! Josiah, 5, and Hazelle, 3,  hope to join their brothers soon! Ariana, joined their human pack on June 5th, 2019 and is adjusting to their wild and crazy life very well. Tours for Luna Lobos dog sledding help to provide for the kennels and ranch these incredible athletes live on! Fernando also hopes to reach his goal to race in the World Championships for sprint racing in Alaska very soon!
