What information do we collect and how do we use it?

When you book a guided tour, we collect personal information for a number of reasons, first and foremost is to provide you with the best possible service. Upon booking a guided tour we will collect your name, phone number, email address, credit card, expiration date and security code. This will allow us to process your reservation and notify you of your order status.

We will also be collecting activity specific information that could include birthdate, mailing address, height, weight, and any physical requirements/medical needs. All of this information will help in either purchasing licenses or providing the correct size equipment for your tour.

We may also use email addresses we collect to occasionally notify you about up coming activities you may want to participate it. We may also send you SMS texts regarding your tour and any updates/communication.

Our website may use cookies to track user interests as well as IP addresses. This information is used to better understand our customers and create marketing strategies geared toward them.  This information is for in house use and will not be sold or shared.

How do we protect your information?

When you book guided tours or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all personal information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.  Payment information is encrypted through Stripe via TripWorks.

Your information and third parties:

Some of the information we collect will be used by third parties including TripWorks, Stripe and the State of Utah for Reservations, payment processing and fishing licenses respectively.  We are not responsible for privacy policies or data management on these sites, but you may visit the policy pages for each here:
